    • Our team is on standby during snow events. Depending on the severity of the event, some teams are in-place on site during the event. Typically operations start either immediately after a snowfall, during the event, or once snow accumulates to a pre- agreed depth, depending on client preferences and the severity of the event.
  1. What range of services do you provide?
    • We specialize in full scale commercial snow removal and deicing. We provide snow plowing and snow clearing of roads, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, access areas and sidewalks. We also offer anti-icing, de-icing and sidewalk de-icing. We provide loading and hauling of snow to designated on-site or off-site locations. We have the capability to provide hauling of snow on each event or on an as needed basis.

    • We offers multiple types of snow removal agreements. We offer seasonal agreement, per-push (pay as you go) agreements and tiered seasonal agreements.

    • The pricing is based on factors like the size of the and complexity of the area, the amount of snow, frequency of service, and specific client requirements. We offer both contract and per visit seasonal pricing options.

    • We are committed to using eco-friendly deicing products that are safe for the environment and people. These products reduce the amount of de-icing material needed which reduces stress on landscape areas and pavements.

    • Our contracts are flexible. Modifications can be made with notice, and cancellation policies are defined in each contract. Please discuss specifics with our sales team.
  1. When do contracts typically start and end?
    • Most of our agreements start on November 15th and run through March 31st. Services outside this. May be charged differently based on your agreement.
